New Game Taekwondo collects your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you voluntarily opt-in to our communications via website sign-up forms, class registration, or by texting a keyword to our mobile number. When you fill in our free trial booking form, we also collect your child's name and age (see section 6). Our website keeps analytics that do not identify you by name (see section 5).

We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver our communications, including ClickSend for SMS and our designated email service providers. These providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

New Game Taekwondo does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS-related data remains strictly confidential and is never shared for third-party marketing.
5. Website Analytics and Cookies
Our website keeps its own analytics on how visitors use our booking pages: which steps of the booking form are reached, how long a page is actively used, how far down it is scrolled, the type of device and browser, and the ad or link that brought the visit. These records do not include your name, email address or phone number. To tell a new visitor from a returning one, we set a first-party cookie holding a random identifier, which expires after 400 days. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising; they use their own cookies.
6. Booking Forms
When you fill in our free trial booking form, we save what you have entered as you go, once you have entered a valid email address, so you can pick up where you left off. If you leave without finishing, we may send you one email with a link back to your saved form. We never text you about an unfinished form. If you book, the saved entry is linked to your booking; if you do not, it is deleted after 30 days.

We collect the information described in this policy to schedule trial classes, to communicate with you, and to measure and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of website tracking on our opt-out page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser. Once you opt out, we do not set the visitor cookie described in section 5 or save your booking form as you type.
